Went to Perth Zoo today for Bird's housing lesson. We were suppose to meet at 10am but I went to the zoo earlier at 9am. Because we were going to spend A$15 on entrance fee for 2 hours, so no way. Well I actually reached the zoo quite early, ok it wasn't quite early, very early; it wasn't open, haha. So I went to Dome and some kind of bakery to buy coffee and a sandwich for breakfast, sat by the river and just stared at Perth Skyline, waited till 9am before I went in. I spend 3 hours there. hahaha. We'll all the animals in the glass exhibits were all fog up and I had to use my jumper to clean the fog off the glass. Errr its so difficult to take pictures of the Tiger, the glass was so fog up. It is actually quite sad, most of the animals were all alone. I was laughing with my friend, one whole big exhibit for just one tiny little Numbat. Well can't blame them, Perth Zoo is quite small.

Haha well all fun things will come to an end at some point. Had to head back to school for ANATOMY TEST.. NONONO.. Digestive, urinary and reproductive system. My class is so funny, the teacher came in tell us that she was not feeling to good, well all the girl told her "hey you should be resting at home, lets postpone it!" and well my teacher said"I love all of you, but nice try" haha and all the girls looked so sad... haha.
Well I'm off to OCF now!!

Today the weather did not look too good, grey clouds above the Perth Skyline. But Thank GOD the sky changed to clear when we reached Cottesloe Beach. Yes we went to Cottesloe Beach, for the last time before winter hits. And on the way to the beach, I saw my 4th sighting of Dolphins again; in the river by the city. So cool. haha imagine Singapore River, all you'll see is dead rats and junk. Well the waves were quite big today at the beach, and Ben lost his glasses in the Indian Ocean. Got my camera and wanted to take pictures of the sun and and the gang, but haha, I was so cold and was shivering. All my pictures were kind of shaky. I need a tripod. haha.

Went to Jie Jie Jackie's houses to eat Tacos and roasted chicken. But we were worried that there were not enough food, so Kor Kor Toon, Bryan and I went to buy pizza. Had to wait 20mins for the pizza, so we decided to wash Kor Kor Toon's car. Washing car here is quite fun. haha. Well we had a great time of fellowship at Jie Jie Jackie's place. Don't think we'll do any activities next Sunday. The exams are coming up for some people. O but wait its Grandma's and Grandpa's next week. haha yaya.

On Tuesday I watched a really nice movie. Iron Man, boys night out haha, only Kor Kor Toon, Ben, Bryan and me. Its a really good show, better than that lame transformers. haha.

Today I finally cut my hair! haha. It was so X A$25. haha. Anyway in the early morning the cold front hit Perth with heavy down pour and strong winds of 102km/h. And a baby Humpback Whale is beached at Rottnest Island, wish I was there to see. hehe. Went out when the sky was clear, got my hair cut and went to my cousins work place Dome for a coffee. Nice for a cold windy day. And I had a sandwich for lunch. Went to the Zoo information to see if they had job opportunities, however not yet :( so I'm thinking of work experience again. Went to Coles later just to buy 4 apples. haha. And guess what on the way to Coles there was a really nice rainbow in the sky. hehe. Got home later and I decided to try a new template for my blog. Nice??

On Sunday Ran to church at 10.30am because I was kind of late. John Bond talked on "Me, Exclusive?" on people who feels excluded and effects of social exclusion. After the service a group of us went for lunch at Taurus (chinese restaurant). Food that makes you thirsty.

One by one they all left till it was just Kor Kor Toon, Ben, Bryan, Christina and Me. We were all just lazying at Christina's house thinking on what we could do. And we thought of Iron Man! at 4pm, but haha it was 3.45 when we left the house. The queue at the movies was so long, so forget it, than Kangaroo Island! And all 5 of us were squeezed into Kor Kor Toon's car and drove off. But the kangaroos were so not friendly.

Than Sunset! All went back into the car and drove off to Cottesloe Beach, by the time we left it was around 4.50pm and sunsets at 5.30pm. haha. And poor Christina was the only girl in the car, being squashed by Ben and Bryan. Reached Cottesloe Beach just in time, really just in time. The sun was setting at its peak. But its so funny how the sunsets really fast, 1 sec its there the next its gone. And this was my first sunset ever. haha. Who dares to say that there is no God. It was just so amazing.

Ya when the sun went down we took off our shoes and rolled up our pants and went into the water. Christina didn't want to take her shoes off but got it wet when a wave came. haha. Some how we started to wrestle each other on the soft sand, jumping on each other trying to knock them over. Shoving and roweling on the soft sand haha. And Christina got thrown onto the floor by Bryan as well. When we left the beach we were all so thirsty. Went into Kor Kor Toon's car and head back to Christina's place. On the way back we were all just singing songs from PlanetShakers and blasting the music. haha it was so fun I tell you.

Well dropped Christina off and picked up Bernie and head for dinner at a Jap restaurant. After dinner Ben had to go off but will meet us later. So we went to fetch Rachel and her Wii. yaya and went to Kor Kor Toon's house to play. We played Rayman Raving Rabbids and Wii sports. Had a game of bowling and a really exciting game of boxing. The boxing was really tiring, but was so fun. Good work out game. haha. And time goes when your having so much fun. And we all had to go home.

The past few days has been freezing in the morning and night, I'm guessing winter is well on it's way. Ya passed my anatomy re-sit on Friday. haha so glad that I did. Well my fish medication is working, thank God. And I had a nice walk at Lemuel's aunty place on Saturday during sunset with, Kor Kor Toon, Lemuel and his mother. The scenery was really nice, so was the houses. We call this the rich man area. haha.

Can't wait for tomorrow, Sunday. Yaya

What did I do on Mother's Day? haha. Kayaking!!

Ya we went kayaking in the Swan River. It was so amazing. God really gave us good weather to kayak, it was raining on that morning itself; but when afternoon came it was all gone (Thank You God). We also had really good bonding time and exercise. haha. We were kayaking around 4 to 5pm and the sun was setting, it was a nice site to see I'm telling you. I know we were all really excited during the weekdays for kayaking. haha. me too... Wanted to bring my camera but was worried that it will fall into the river, but hehe Lemuel brought. We only kayak for an hour, and when I came out of the water it was so cold. Anyway we all went back to shower before meeting up for dinner again. ( sorry the pictures are small, the stall owner took it )

Dinner we had chinese take away from Ten Ten, food was good but the lady was grumpy; and we also had Nandos chicken. Yumm. Went to Ben's house for dinner and started to talk weird topics. haha. Funny Topics.. After dinner we had so much fun on Rachel's Wii, my gosh we played Rayman Raving Rabbids (don't worry its spelled correctly). The rabbits on the game were so cute and adorable, it cracked me up so much, look at the face; and the sound it made was hilarious. I loved the Carrot Juice Game, wonder who made up the games, Genius. haha.

And for the past week so 2 natural disaster has happened, Myanmar (cyclone) and China (earthquake). Really hope that I could help them, just fly over with food and water and help them. May be when I'm older. Well I'm sure God has a plan for those 2 country. My God be with them.

How did I spend my first Birthday in Perth. I'm telling you it was so Amazing, Magical, Interesting, Great and Fun. I shall start off from the beginning of my day. 9 May 2008

Woke up 5.40am, it was a really foggy morning, I could not see 1 door down from my house. It was that foggy, and had mist coming out of the mouth. Cool.. Well Kor Kor Toon fetched me at 6.10am to go out for a sunrise breakfast with Ben at Deep Water Point (its along Canning River), I tell you God had really Blessed my with good friends all around the world. Ya we had Hungry Jacks take away and ate it at Deep Water Point in the fog (we could not see the river due to the fog) . And after eating we did some devotions, but got caught up with the sunrising at the horizon. The sun came up fast and all the fog started to disappear and the river was lighted up with the bright orange sun. And something amazing happened; DOLPHINS, a whole pod of them, I counted 2 babies and 3 adults. It was so close, they were jumping out of the water, full body out of the water like sea world. They stayed for 3mins before they continued down the river. But I tell you, it was like God drawing the curtains away form the river, shining it's spot light on the river and let the dolphins appeared. This show us how Wonderful and Great our God is. And after the dolphins left, we continued with the devotions, but Ben had to leave for work so we hurried up.

After Ben left, Kor Kor Toon and I went to fetch Lemuel up from home to meet up with his mum. Lemuel's mum and aunty are really nice and make you feel like home. They gave me Mark & Spencer's chocolates and pineapple tart for my present, they are so kind and sweet. God Bless them. We went to Freo (Fremantle) for the flee market later on in the morning. Didn't buy anything but Lemuel did, it was just nice to do window shopping. Drove up to Cottesloe Beach at 11am to look at the beautiful Indian Ocean, the swells were big this morning and lots of surfers.

But you know all fun things had to come to an end, time to go to school. Had Anatomy lesson at 1pm. nightmare.. Got back my test results as well, not too good. Cardiovascular System 11 half/20, Respiratory System 15 half/20 and Blood, Lymph and Tissue Fluid 11/20. Well hope that I pass the re-test now. And guess what I did in school for my Birthday, cut up a sheep's kidney. So fun.. And it's my teacher Birthday as well. How about that.

Rush home after school and sleep. Was so tired, and had to prepare for OCF. But when I got home, I received a package from Singapore. Inside were origami elephant heads made by Jia Yin and Kester and a letter from Siyu. Thanks You all for that gift :) So happy that I got a mail from Singapore. I only managed to sleep for half an hour, just as I was going to sleep sleep, the home stay woke me up "time for dinner." Tired.. Ate dinner and left for OCF with Yoma. And please pray for Yoma, his not a Christian but he seems interested. I told him the meaning of sin and how Jesus died for out sins while waiting for our driver. And surprisingly the sermon today talked about the sin as well, so he could understand more; and he asked me about praying and stuff like that. Really hope that God will touch him. Ya thats about it..

Had a Wonderful Birthday, and hope it won't rain this Sunday. We're going kayaking.

I was trying to make a Origami Rose, but was so difficult; so I tried to make it by myself. haha Look at how it turned out. NICE???

And I have finished reading the book of Matthew and Mark.. Now on to Luke.

This week end has been so great. I shall start on Saturday...

Woke up 7.15am to go for a walk around the area to see if I can spot dolphins..hahaha. Well they did not show up, but O well. After that I went back and got ready to meet Kor Kor Toon for breakfast at Cottesloe Beach, I had poached egg with ham facing the Indian Ocean. Yumm.

After breakfast we went to a Persimmon Farm around Armadale and looked around and bought some persimmons, sweet sweet persimmons. After the farm, we just decided to just drive around the hills, and my gosh it was so beautiful; all the trees and shrub land. Well we kept driving around till we went to Canning Dam, O my it was so huge, and it was the first time I saw a Dam. One side was just dried and the other was filled with water, and out of the whole lake there were only 2 ducks haha. But the views was just so beautiful. Its just so good to have someone who loves nature too.

Drove back to Perth and went to visit Lemuel at his work place at Jester's Pie, had a nice big Milk Shake and Carrot Cake. Didn't want to disturb him for too long. So we went to Burswood Park to see how much the kayaking cost was, we were thinking of going kayaking on Sunday. Than Kor Kor Toon told me that there used to be kangaroos on Heirisson Island (East Perth), but they were all transfered away, but some how there still were fences on half of the Island; so we decided to just go and see. And there was, visitors were allowed to go onto the Island, and the Kangaroos were so tame, I could even pat them on their head. So cool and cute. But after every thing I had to go home for dinner, and guess what, I forgot to bring my camera out on that day. WASTE :(

Sunday...

Woke up excited and went off to church, met up with Ben's family, Lemuel's mum and the rest of the gang. Went for service and they showed this really good skit. Bravo.. Went to Grandma's & Grandpa's house for lunch after church, and it was so crowded but fun. Had plenty of food and laughter, and to my surprise they celebrated my Birthday, really made my day. THANKS ALL and Grandma gave me a birthday kiss :)

After lunch we went to a park behind Ben's place to just walk around, haha and "fishing" it was so funny, Ben cast the rod and it got stuck in the trees haha, so we moved to another location and it still got stuck. Well me and Bryan used a bucket and tried to catch small fishes at the bank, I caught 4 yaya. Its was so much fun, and had lots of mossies; but Christina really good at killing them with her hands. There was 1 mossi on Bryan's head and she went smack and all the blood came out. eww. Went back to Ben's place before it got to dark and just sat in his house to rest. Went out with his parents for Japanese food later, than went back to his house again to just talk and play cards. But had to go home soon after, time fly when your having fun. So Kor Kor Toon drop me home. I really need a car.

What a great week end
Next Sunday pray for good weather for we are going kayaking.

Haha,was reading the news on the Colossal Squid that was found off New Zealand. And I just wondered if we could feeding the poor with that. Haha Tons & Tons of CALAMARIS for a year.

Ya bought myself 2 new fishes, Banded Damsalfish. They look perfect in the tank and look like HARDY fishes. haha. Tried to take pictures of them but they are so hyper. Out of all the fish I kept, my favorite is Orangeshoulder Tang. (its young so its still yellow)

Today I had anatomy test again, this time on 4 units, cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic systems and blood and tissue fluid. haha. It was just too much to study, the whole class went bonkers. I actually guess that I'm gonna fail, each unit was 20 marks and the passing mark was 14. haha they are so doggy. And mum I did study. Well the best part of the week is here, Saturday and Sunday.
