Today was my first day as a volunteer in the Singapore Zoo, at the Fragile Forest. Going behind the scene in the Fragile Forest was so fun. I got to play with Stick Insects, Rhino Beetles, Horse Shoe Crabs, Mice, Sloths, Tree Kangaroo and lemurs.
I had to cut fruits and vegetables for all the animals, and i had to cut raw smell fish (disgusting); and do you know Stick Insects makes lots of droppings. While I was feeding the raw fish to the Horse Shoe Crab, I poked my finger on to its hard spiny carapace, and the wound hurts.
The keepers are really friendly and are fun to talk to he even brought me behind the scene into Cat Country during our break time, and I came face to face with a Jaguar; protecting me was just a steel mash (exciting). And they are big. I'll be volunteering till 4 January 08, from 9am to 4pm.

What A Week
Ooow, this week was quite boring as I have nothing to do. Its the first week of the 3 months holiday after my school has ended. I've been doing the same thing over and over again for this whole week. In the morning I'll watch, Oprah and The Ellen DeGeneres Show, than in the afternoon I'll watch, Still Standing, The Simpsons and the News. From Monday to Friday I've been watching these shows. The worse thing is that I have been eating and napping, sounds like a couch potato; so I went to exercise at Night Safari. haha. But I got quite sick of watching TV so I decided to learn how to bake, and now I know how to bake Apple Pie and Apple Crumble. And its not easy. Well I guest I'm bored because I miss going to school. O well I'm sure I'll find something to do.

"N" its over
Finally the "N" Levels are over. After a week of Stress and Headache, my ENGLISH, MATHS, SCIENCE, TECHNICAL STUDIES and CPA paper are all OVER. Thanks be to God for helping me through the "N" Levels. I kept wondering if God was there beside me at the exam desk helping me, and indeed he was. He showed me that he was there beside me during Thanksgiving Service through all the song sang.
Even though SCIENCE paper 2 and TECHNICAL STUDIES section B was hard I managed to pull through thanks to God. And now I will leave all my results in to God's hands and just want to say Thank you.
Now everyone I am free. If you want to look for me you can find me in the zoo (but not as the animal) if not if any of you wants to go to the zoo and needs a guide do call me.
As I stepped out of the exam room after TECHNICAL STUDIES my last paper, my heart was filled with joy and gladness than sadness. As I knew I was no longer a Fairsian. As I looked at all my friends faces I knew that I would really miss them all. All the shouting, fighting and playfulness ....hehe I will really miss. After 4 years in NT I feel that we have really bonded together as a class. Don't let anyone look down on you as are talented in your own ways. Not forgetting my teaches Mr Tan, Miss Chang, Madam Toh, Miss Seet, Mr Choy, Mr Heng, Mrs Ho and to my principle Miss Lim. Thank you all so much for helping me over the past 4 years, I will really miss Fairfield Methodist Secondary School a lot. May God Bless You all, see you all soon.
